10th Annual Collaborative Care Summit!

The Collaborative Care Summit is designed to promote interprofessional interactions between many health profession students in our region. The 2018 Collaborative Summit was held at six universities in three regions (Wilkes-Barre, Scranton and Williamsport). In 2018, 880 individuals, including 751 students, participated in the summit!
Call for Facilitators!
As a facilitator, your job will promote discussion between a small (8-10) group of interprofessional students. Though the case discussion is based on a patient with obesity, the focus of the discussion is on teamwork, interprofessional care and communications.
One week prior to the summit, an in-depth facilitator guide will be posted. In addition, we have created a brief online tutorial that you will review that will help to define and refine your role as facilitator.
