All abstracts must be submitted online using the form below.



ALL ABSTRACTS MUST BE RECEIVED ON OR BEFORE 5 PM on Monday, May 4th. 

  • Participants may submit one or more abstracts for presentation at the NECPA IPEC faculty development program.  An abstract will be considered for either a poster presentation or an oral presentation, based on author preference.  If you have any questions, please contact us at necpaipec@gmail.com.  All abstracts are peer-reviewed. 

  • Content for the abstracts may be either programmatic, scientific or theoretical.  Abstracts should be related to interprofessional education, interprofessional practice or related areas.  Presentations/data which has already been presented elsewhere can be submitted here (encore). 

  • Podium Presentations are 10 minute scientific presentations with 2-3 minutes for questions.  Microsoft PowerPoint slides must be submitted to the NECPA IPEC by Monday,  May 18th emailing to necpaipec@gmail.com.

  • Posters Presentations should be presented on a 4X6 poster board.  Authors should bring their own push pins.  Posters should be in place by the start of registration on the day of the conference. 

  • All abstract submissions must include the names and affiliations of all authors (do not include degrees).    Abstracts will be assigned to review panels composed of qualified specialists from participating institutions in the NECPA IPEC region.   Authors whose abstracts have been accepted for presentation at the conference will be notified by May 8th.
